STEP 1: Consultation

In Person - Tour $75

I’ll tour your home or business to discuss your priorities, values, and vision for your ideal space and life. In seeing your space, I will be in a better position to recommend the approach or package that would be most effective and strategize how to accomplish your goals.

STEP 2: Contract + Payment

A $1,000 deposit is due when you sign your contract.

Today is the day we start to work towards your ideal lifestyle. I will give you an outline on what to expect during our tidy sessions.

HANDS-ON DECLUTTERING AND ORGANIZING

THE RESET - $1,000

A 5‑Hour Decluttering Intensive

A focused, high‑impact decluttering session designed to help you release what no longer fits your life. We’ll identify what’s adding visual or emotional noise, remove items that no longer serve you, and create immediate breathing room in your home

You’ll gain clarity, momentum, and a renewed sense of ease, without the overwhelm of tackling it alone.

Note: This session is dedicated to decluttering only.

THE REFINEMENT - $2,250 (Includes 3 tidy sessions)

We’ll declutter with intention, then thoughtfully organize your space so it feels intuitive, elegant, and aligned with how you actually live. Every decision is guided by your lifestyle, your rhythms, and your version of “simple.”

Expect a warm, collaborative process that blends professional expertise with your personal style. You’ll walk away with a space that feels lighter, calmer, and unmistakably you, the kind of transformation you notice every time you walk in.

THE Transformation - $5,000 (Includes 10 Tidy Sessions)

This is a full‑scale decluttering and organizing experience. We’ll move through your home with intention, creating harmony from room to room. From editing belongings to designing functional systems, every detail is handled with care.

Think of this as white‑glove support for your entire home. You get project management, expert guidance, and a partner who ensures the process feels grounded, thoughtful, and manageable. You’ll step back into a home that feels peaceful, spacious, and fully aligned with the life you’re building.

This package includes a 15% discount and any package above this amount receives the same savings.

HANDS-ON DECLUTTERING AND

ORGANIZING SESSIONS INCLUDE:

  • Ongoing support between sessions via phone, text, or email

  • Light surface cleaning provided during the organizing process

  • Time spent developing your personalized space plan and organizing strategies

  • Research and product sourcing—including purchasing recommendations and return coordination

  • Scheduling and coordinating with other service providers as needed

  • Arranging donation pickups with appropriate local organizations

  • Full access to the Tidy Milso toolkit: custom-printed and handwritten labels, trash bags, gloves, box cutter, tape, museum gel, and more

In our 30-minute remote sessions, we'll evaluate your needs, outline actionable steps, and organize items strategically bringing order and style to your space.

This includes move management, laundry maintenance, closet resets, and kitchen resets.
