Retreat Application & Payment Guidelines

Application Deadline: December 31, 2025 Applications close at the end of the year to allow ample time for thoughtful review. This ensures each participant is the right fit for the retreat and can be intentionally onboarded into the experience.
Exclusivity: Spaces are limited to maintain a high-touch, curated environment. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

Payment Deadline: March 20, 2026. All accepted applicants must be paid in full by this date. This timeline guarantees smooth planning and allows us to prepare personalized touches for every attendee.

Late Payment Policy
Payments received after March 20, 2026, will incur a $100 late processing fee.
This policy ensures we can finalize retreat logistics and deliver the high-touch, curated experience promised to every participant.
Late payments may also risk forfeiting your reserved spot if capacity has been reached.
